The online packages include full training packages, 1-1 support and messaging, body & exercise metrics, food journals and a Macros report to ensure you consuming the correct foods which will allow you to stay within target calorie intake so that you are going in the right direction to achieve your goals.
An online consultation form will be completed prior to your training plan being created. In the form you will include your long term goals, experience with exercise and lifestyle information. From here this will allow me to tailor the best possible plan in order for you to reach your goals.
This plan will be tailored to you and your goals whilst taking into consideration your starting point. The training programme I create will be specifically designed to you.
This is where we will assess and record progress made towards your goal each week. This is also where we can reflect on achievements in order to maintain a high level of motivation and enjoyment.
You will have access to a wide range of training and exercise metrics via our progress portal. This will include your training schedule, body metrics, food journal, macros and a meal plan*
Your individual target is my main priority. You will have continuous support week by week where any questions you may have can be answered at any time via the client portal.
